All products sold by OpenZone2000.com have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.
You must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. OpenZone will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by OpenZone.
All OpenZone products purchased directly from other dealers and sporting goods stores should follow dealer and/or store return policy. OpenZone cannot give refund for merchandize that is not purchased directly from us. However, we do provide Service Support and manufacturer's warranty for all OpenZone Products. For warranty service, simply get a Return Authorization number from us and send your merchandize in for service or repair.
